Evans Plus Size Wedding Dresses
Thursday, June 25th, 2009I’ve noticed that a few of the regular High Street retailers are offering their own bridal ranges which is great news if you are on a budget – and who isn’t these days? The likes of M&S and BHS are quite well known now for their wedding selections and both are featured in the press fairly regularly. Another retailer that doesn’t get mentioned so much though is Evans.
A friend of mine was recently after a formal outfit and found just what she was looking for – even though Evans are probably better known for being a plus size retailer my friend is a size 14 and I wouldn’t say that this is exactly over-size? What surprised me even more though was that Evans Bridal Collection is only available on-line – I’m not sure of the reasoning behind this to be honest as I would have thought there would be a fair demand?
The collection includes several outfits and dresses that would suit either a formal or informal event and I think they represent quite fair value – especially as some of the suits and separates could probably be used as formal outfits at a later date?
The wedding collection caters for sizes from 14-32 and, as I said, is only available on-line. There is also a selection of occasion wear and outfits that would suit the mother of the bride and older bridesmaids too. At the time of writing they also have a 50% sale on so well worth a look at least.
